In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), your personal data is transferred to YATAY KAPI PENCERE VE SİNEKLİKLERİ İTH. İMAL. İÇVE DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary regulations, for the following purposes and legal reasons: In this context, your personal data provided on our website at www.sinax.com.tr and www.sinekliksistemleri.com.tr such as “name-surname, e-mail address, IP Address, Log Records” are based on the legitimate interests of the company, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the establishment and protection of the right, and within the scope of legal reasons in paragraphs “ç”, “e” and “f” of the 2nd paragraph of the 5th article of the Law No. 6698 are processed for the purposes of fulfilling obligations within the scope of Law No. 5651, improving the service offered to you, ensuring its security, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized uses, investigating operational evaluations, eliminating errors related to website services, communicating with you, facilitating your internet usage activities.

 

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA

Your company personal data listed above, may be shared with third parties such as outsourcing service providers, hosting service providers (hosting services), law firms, research companies, call centers, including those who send SMS and in accordance with the purposes of data collection with the partners and affiliates (and/or third party business partners that must be shared for the performance of the work) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law for “Fulfilling the obligations under the Law No. 5651, improving the service offered to you, ensuring its security, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized use, investigating operational evaluations, eliminating errors regarding the website services, communicating with you, facilitating your internet usage activities and other purposes stated in our cookie policy” purposes and , in order to realize any of these purposes.

In the capacity of data controller, no data will be transferred abroad by the company.

 

METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The company collects your personal data by logging into our website, signing up for our website or filling out the contact form to communicate. In addition, your personal data is also collected in cases where you communicate with the Company through other methods.

 

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed and stored within the scope of the legal exceptions, the legal reason of which is stated above, within the scope of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. In this context, it will keep personal data for as long as required by the above-mentioned processing purposes. In addition, in case of any dispute that may arise between the company and the Relevant Persons, the company will be able to keep personal data limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute and during the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the legislation.

 

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

By applying to the company as a data subject; you have the right

• to learn whether his personal data are processed or not,
• to request information if his personal data are processed,
• to learn the purpose of his data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,
• to know the third parties to whom his personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transactions made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
• to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing are eliminated, and requesting notification of the transactions made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of his personal data, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for the data subject,
• to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of the Law, to request that the correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data is shared.
• You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
• If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to the Company in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, the company will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the company may request the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
