Since 2010, we have embraced the principle, “Idleness does not suit us,” working tirelessly to bring innovations to the industry and develop permanent solutions to unresolved problems. Over two years, we conducted extensive market research, analyzed all sector-related issues, and observed the advancements in related industries. We identified the necessity for the fly screen industry to adapt to these developments. Accordingly, we introduced several pioneering innovations:

In 2012, after extensive R&D efforts, we launched the EGE 40 Roller Fly Screen System, a groundbreaking product in the sector. Using the highest quality American roller mesh and German steel springs, we developed a special braking system that allows the mesh to retract slowly and prevents the bottom profile from striking the main frame, reducing noise. We designed three different models: Vertical, Horizontal, and Double Horizontal. The EGE 40, which can be assembled in under a minute and features a non-carcinogenic mesh, revolutionized the industry and gained remarkable attention.

In 2013, we accelerated our R&D activities and introduced the Inboard Fixed Deluxe product to the Turkish market, launching its sales in 2014. With this innovation, we eliminated the need for screws in window installations, changing long-standing habits in the industry.

In 2014, we addressed deficiencies in frameless roller fly screen systems, which are more commonly used abroad, and developed our own product, the IDA 40 Frameless Roller Screen. By designing a unique bottom profile, we made it adaptable for inward-opening windows as well.

In 2014, we decided to upgrade the sliding fly screen, commonly known as “Tuba Fly Screen,” and introduced the TUBA DELUXE Sliding Fly Screen. With an improved bearing mechanism and three different rail profiles, we enhanced its durability while making both installation and usage easier.

Between 2015 and 2017, we focused on plisse fly screens, which were not previously part of our product range. By 2019, we developed the PLISSE 28 and PLISSE 17 screening systems, using the finest quality Japanese mesh and cords. We introduced two bottom rail profile models—one ramped and double ramped—to prevent deformation under foot pressure. Both products were developed in single, double, and reversible models.

In 2019, we developed a new type of internally mounted frame profile, making it compatible with our IDA 40 Frameless Roller and PLISSE 17 fly screen systems. This innovation simplified installation and eliminated the need for screws, preserving the integrity of window frames. Additionally, we redesigned the sliding wing profile of the Tuba Deluxe Sliding Screen to be frameless, making it more practical and aesthetically appealing. We also introduced a specialized mesh tensioning seal to eliminate time-consuming adjustments during installation.

In 2019, we expanded into the Netherlands by establishing Sinax Europe in partnership with HORREN INDUSTRIE, a major fly screen manufacturer. With an extensive dealer network, we have been actively selling and exporting our products in the Dutch market.

In 2020, we redesigned and modernized the profiles of inboard roller and inboard pleated systems, improving ease of production and extending product lifespan.

In 2023, we developed the OCEAN 12 springed pin portable fly screen system with metal pin, addressing installation challenges for aluminum windows that do not support inboard fly screens. This product stands out in design and functionality compared to its European counterparts and has gained significant interest from Europe to Kazakhstan and the USA.

In 2023, we established “TOO Sinax Qazaqstan” in collaboration with Kazakhstan’s Plastkonstruktor (Пластконструктор) company to produce and sell certain models locally. Our operations continue with the addition of new models.

In 2023, Sinax Azerbaijan, operating since 2006, relocated to a new building and inaugurated its new showroom.

In 2023, we introduced an Plisse 18 portable metal supported plisse door screen solution for doors with exterior shutters, making fly screen installation possible in previously challenging scenarios.

In 2024, we developed an alternative metal supported system for doors with external shutters. Following comprehensive R&D, we adapted this new system for both doors and windows, launching it in the market.

In 2024, we established Sinax GmbH in Monheim, Germany, and opened our showroom. Immediately after the launch, we initiated advertising campaigns to quickly introduce our products to German consumers.
