Horizontal Plisse 28
The system consists of aluminum profiles. It operates horizontally. It is not recommended to operate vertically. Thanks to the specially developed bearing, the system works smoothly.
The pleated mesh and tension cords that keep the mesh inside the pleated fly screen are sourced from Germany, the Netherlands, and Japan.
The pleated mesh is made from first-class polyester raw material. It has very high durability.
The pleated meshes are black in color.
Mesh pore number: 16×18 pores/inch².
The tension cords are made of Vectran or Polyester, ensuring the mesh stays in place and preventing it from sagging.
It can be cleaned in place with a wet soapy sponge or cloth.
To prolong the product’s lifespan, store the fly screen mesh folded in its housing during winter months or when not in use.
Threshold Profiles:
a) Single ramp anodized threshold profile: When there is a threshold on the floor, such as a door sill or marble, the appropriate threshold profile with a height of 10mm or 20mm is used. The side of the profile facing the threshold is straight, while the other side is ramped, preventing tripping over the threshold profile while walking and ensuring that there is no denting or bending even if stepped on.
b) Double ramp anodized threshold profile: When there is no threshold on the floor, such as a door sill or marble, a threshold profile with a height of 1 cm is used. Both sides of the profile are ramped, preventing tripping over the threshold profile while walking and ensuring that there is no denting or bending even if stepped on.
You can easily use the Plise 28 fly screen with all types of joinery (PVC, Wood, Aluminum). You can choose any RAL colors specified below.
